James Brook has over 18 years of marketing experience, beginning their career in 2003 as a Marketing Assistant at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. In 2006, they joined DTP Group as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive. In 2011, they were appointed Group Marketing Manager for JR Rix & Sons Ltd, where they were also appointed as a Director of JourneyTrack Ltd in 2016. In 2018, they became Global Marketing Manager at Ovarro and Interim Head of Internal Communications & Engagement Manager at Abellio Group. In 2020, they joined Laws of Attraction as Client/Marketing Director and in 2022 they became Head of Marketing & Communications at FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics.

James Brook obtained a BA in Business & Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University from 2001 to 2005. James then obtained certifications from Google for Digital Analytics Fundamentals in May 2015, Google Analytics in February 2022, and from the Institute of Internal Communication as a Member Institute of Internal Communications in February 2021. James also obtained a certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) for the Essential Guide to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Marketers.
