Mathilda Jerome has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and project coordination. Mathilda started their career as a Project Coordinator at ArtisArk Digital Solutions in 2012 and worked there until 2015. Following that, they joined L&T Buildings & Factories as an intern for a brief period in 2016. Later in the same year, Mathilda interned at BSH Home Appliances Corporation, where they focused on processes. In 2017, they joined Ruah Tech Solutions in Australia as the Creative Head for UX, a position they held until 2019. Currently, Mathilda works at FourKites, Inc. Mathilda initially joined as a Senior User Experience Designer in October 2019 and was later promoted to the role of User Experience Lead in February 2020.
Mathilda Jerome completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Versatile Business School, from the year 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in "Design for the 21st Century with Don Norman" from The Interaction Design Foundation in December 2022, and "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner" from IBM in October 2019.
