Ravi Goyal

Ravi Goyal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ravi started their career as an intern at the R & D Centre for Iron & Steel, Steel Authority of India Ltd. in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Product Development Intern at First Energy Private Ltd.

In 2013, Ravi joined JDA Software as a Technical Consultant, where they helped large organizations digitize and optimize their global transportation operations. Ravi also worked on enterprise strategy and software integration related to supply chain management.

From 2017 to 2020, Ravi served as the Co-Founder (Product Leader) at Smartlinks, where they launched a B2B SaaS logistics platform for Enterprise customers. Ravi oversaw various aspects of product management, development, value discovery, adoption, and growth. Ravi also built and managed a tech team, leading to improved transport efficiency and customer experience for FMCG clients.

In 2020, Ravi joined ClearTax India as a Lead Product Manager, responsible for leading the growth of enterprise segment products such as E-Invoicing and Eway bill. Ravi successfully supported exponential growth in the enterprise customer base and ARR through self-serve onboarding flows and continuous innovation to stay ahead of compliance changes from the government.

Currently, Ravi is working at FourKites, Inc. as a Group Product Manager, a role they held from June 2021 to April 2022. Ravi is currently serving as the Director of Product Management, starting from May 2022.

Ravi Goyal completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, between 2009 and 2013.
