Prior positions include Tier III Voice Engineer roles at both JT Group Limited and Azzurri Communications, as well as a Field Telecoms Engineer position at Vodafone Global Enterprise. Notable earlier roles include Senior Engineer/Team Leader at Avaya and Support Engineer at GFI Group, alongside foundational experience as an Installation Engineer and a Royal Signals member in the British Army.
