Matthew Mientka

Matthew Mientka has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Matthew began their career at BP, where they held various engineering roles from 2006 to 2009, focusing on tight gas deliquification methods and artificial lift applications. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Newfield Exploration as a Completion Engineer, designing and supporting completion operations in different basins. Matthew then joined Wilbanks Reserve Corp as Manager of Engineering in 2015 before moving to FourPoint Energy, LLC in 2016. At FourPoint Energy, they initially served as a Completions Manager and later took on the role of Vice President Operations starting in June 2022.

Matthew Mientka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, which they pursued from 2002 to 2006. Matthew then continued their education at the same institution, completing a Master's degree in Engineering and Technology Management in 2010.
