Dave Zhou

Dave Zhou is a seasoned professional in the field of people development and human resources, currently serving as the Director, People Business Partner at Foursquare. Previously, Dave held key advisory roles at LifeLabs Learning and progressed through various positions at Instacart, including Director and Senior Manager of People Development, as well as HR Business Partner for Engineering & Technology. Dave's experience also includes significant roles at IDEO and IDEO.org, where leadership in employee experience and talent acquisition was a focus. Dave Zhou earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science with a concentration in Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University and completed a program at General Assembly in 2013.
