Kevin Masten is currently a Partner and VP of Preconstruction Services at Fourth Elm Construction. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a Project Manager at Landmark Builders and Frank L. Blum Construction Company. Masten holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from North Carolina State University.
