Smit Malkan

Smit Malkan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fundraising, partnerships, and social impact initiatives. Currently leading Fundraising and Partnerships at Inqui-Lab Foundation since September 2021, Smit manages key external relationships. As a consultant at Fourth Partner Energy, Smit spearheads the Power@1 initiative, focusing on providing affordable solar power to educational and health institutions. Previous roles include Operations lead at Anthill Creations, Head of Legislative Affairs for a Member of Legislative Assembly, and Project Coordinator for the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. Smit began a career in education as a Fellow and Teacher with Teach For India. Smit holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
