Subru Ashokraja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and business development. At 4TEK since January 2009, Subru has excelled as a Sr Technical Recruiter and Business Development Manager, achieving 100% of targets and successfully acquiring over six new clients in a year. Prior to this, from January 2005 to January 2009, Subru served as a Business Development Manager at OSI, managing accounts for more than 25 IT professionals, overseeing invoicing, payment follow-ups, payroll management, and leading a recruitment team.
