Ana Paula Carvalho has over two decades of experience in the hospitality and technology sectors, currently serving as a Tier 2 Systems Analyst at Fourth since May 2021. Previously, Ana Paula held various positions at Fourth, including System Analyst, QA/2nd Line Support, and 1st Line Product Support from December 2011 to September 2020. Early career roles include EPOS Data Coordinator at Paramount Restaurants, F&B Coordinator at The Langham, and Restaurant Receptionist at Brown's Hotel. Ana Paula graduated with an HND in Hospitality and Tourism Management from London Hotel School in 2001.
