Eric Weiss

Eric Weiss is currently serving as an HR/Payroll Support Technician at Fourth since December 2020. Prior to this role, Eric held positions as a Sous Chef at Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden and Goodall's Kitchen & Bar, and worked as a Line Cook at Salty Sow. Eric's diverse experience also includes roles in marketing and communications management at Austin Electric Vehicles, editorial contributions at Android And Me, graphic design at Express Pens, and technical support at the University of North Texas. Eric holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Austin Community College and has pursued studies at the University of North Texas since 1995.
