Jenny Sia

Jenny Sia is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience across various companies, currently serving as a Senior Payroll Manager at Fourth since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jenny held positions including AU US Payroll Team Lead at Maxeon Solar Technologies and Sr. US Payroll Analyst at Amazon. Jenny's career began at Chowking Food Corp., where responsibilities spanned accounting and payroll processing. With a strong foundation in payroll management, Jenny has developed expertise in off-cycle payroll processing, tax form management, and automation using VBA and Excel. Jenny holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, along with a Post Baccalaureate in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
