Max Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Max began their career in 2003 as a Financial Planning & Analysis Student at HJ Heinz and later worked as a UK&I Finance Analyst, managing forecasting and budgeting for the Export and Affiliate division. Max then joined Barracuda Pub Group as a Business Analyst, where they implemented a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report for performance monitoring. At Nationwide Building Society, Max worked as a Project Lead for the Group Margin Project, implementing a new modelling system called Quantitative Risk Management (QRM). Max also served as an Interim FP&A Manager at Balfour Beatty Workplace, overseeing forecasting processes and strategic performance reviews. Max's analytical expertise led him to become an Insight Services Manager at MICROS Systems Inc, where they developed customer and business insights for the hospitality industry. Prior to their current role, Max worked at Practical Insight Consulting Limited as a Director. Currently, Max serves as the Director of Analytics at Fourth, responsible for leading a global analytics team and supporting over 400 hospitality and retail businesses with their data analytics needs.

Max Tucker completed their education in the field of accounting and finance. Max attended Nottingham Trent University from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (Hons) degree. Additionally, they pursued professional certifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA) from 2006 to 2008, earning the ACMA and CGMA designations respectively.
