Carmen Peren

Carmen Peren is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and compensation management. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at Fourthline since September 2021, Carmen has also held various roles within the organization, including People Operations Partner and People Operations Specialist. Prior to this, Carmen worked as an HR Specialist on a temporary assignment at Europeana and served as HR Manager at The Ocean Cleanup, overseeing HR projects and process improvements during the organization's transition from start-up to scale-up. Carmen's previous experience includes positions at Ahold Delhaize, where Carmen managed compensation and global mobility, and at VEON as Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Academically, Carmen holds a Master of Science in Strategy and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Communication from Radboud University.
