Krik Gunning

Krik Gunning is the current Chief Executive Officer at Fourthline. Krik has held this position since August 2019. Prior to this, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at SAFENED.com from February 2015 to August 2019.

Before SAFENED.com, Krik was a co-founder of IvyRoads from December 2007 to January 2015. IvyRoads was the first Dutch boutique which offered financial, legal and strategic advice in M&A and start-up situations.

From October 2002 to November 2007, Krik worked as a Vice President M&A Advisory at ABN AMRO Bank N.V.. In this role, they provided M&A advice to a broad range of Dutch and international clients (listed companies, private equity parties and privately held companies) in buy-side, sell-side and public offer situations in transactions ranging in value from EUR 5mio to EUR 2.5bn.

Prior to their role as Vice President, Krik was a Trainee Capital Markets at ABN AMRO Bank N.V.'s Beirut office from March 2002 to May 2002.

Before joining ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Krik was a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group from January 2001 to March 2001.

Krik Gunning studied at the University of Groningen, where they obtained their Drs. in International Relations. Krik then studied at the Universidad de Salamanca, where they obtained their Nivel Superior Alto in Facultad de Cursos Internacionales. Finally, they attended the Utrechts Stedelijk Gymnasium.
