Sergio Báguena Añó

Sergio Báguena Añó has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Ingeniero de tecnologías de la información at LABORATORIOS TECNOLÓGICOS DE LEVANTE, SL. In this role, they were responsible for tasks such as database administration, help desk support, maintenance of CCTV systems, and access control. Sergio also worked on a database migration plan, security document creation, and updating files for the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Additionally, they developed internal and external applications using languages like VBA, PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java. Sergio also worked on the development of native Android applications.

From 2015 to 2018, Sergio served as a Co-Founder & Software Developer at Appear. In this role, they developed an Android application using Java. Sergio was involved in the ideation of new features, as well as their analysis and coding. Sergio also used data analytics tools to study user behavior and implemented strategies to acquire new users with a low customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Starting in 2017, Sergio joined Fourvenues - Sistema de gestión avanzada para locales de ocio as a Chief Operating Officer. Sergio was responsible for various tasks, including technical development of the company's application using technologies such as HTML, CSS, Typescript, Angular, Node, MongoDB, and Java. Sergio supervised different departments within the company and facilitated the use of appropriate tools to improve internal performance. Sergio also obtained metrics and developed dashboards for product monitoring.

In addition to their COO role, Sergio also worked as a Product Manager & Software Developer at Fourvenues from 2017 to 2019. In this capacity, they participated in the technical development of the company's application using the same technologies mentioned before. Sergio was involved in the analysis, validation, execution, and supervision of new functionalities. Sergio also presented results to the executive team.

From 2012 to 2016, Sergio Báguena Añó obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Valencia. Their field of study focused on the area of computer engineering.
