Steve holds a Masters of Architecture in Real Estate Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MBA in Real Estate Development from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B.A. in Architecture from Iowa State University. Steve focuses on respecting the past while building for the future by collaborating with communities to preserve historic buildings and identifying housing and service needs in different areas.
