Robert W. Decker III has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and IT. In 2006, they began their career as a Regional Account Manager for Presidio (formerly INX, Inc), where they established a new region within the Mid-Atlantic States and contracted over $550,000 in Cisco infrastructure systems. Robert W. then went on to work as an Eastern Region Account Manager for Gemalto North America, managing and growing revenue with current Fortune 500 customers and uncovering and contracting net new revenue opportunities. In 2010, they became a Relationship Manager at Dun & Bradstreet, where they maintained and managed current accounts, upsold and cross-sold new services, and retained customers. Robert W. then worked as an Account Executive for Convergent Communications, Weidenhammer Systems Corp, and Crossroads Technologies. In 2016, they became a Business Development & IT Specialist for BlueCielo ECM Solutions and an IT Specialist for Sundance Networks, LLC. Robert W. is currently employed as a Sr. Technology Consultant for American Document Solutions, and in 2022 they will become a Regional Sales Manager for Foveonics Document Solutions.

Robert W. Decker III obtained their Associate's Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Northampton Community College between 2013 and 2015. Robert W. also attended Holston High School between 1982 and 1984, where they completed their high school studies. In addition, Robert has obtained several certifications from Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, and VMware, including Microsoft MSP (obtained in May 2014), Citrix CSSP (obtained in August 2014), Cisco CSE v6 (obtained in July 2014), VMware VSP (obtained in June 2014), and VMware VTSP (also obtained in June 2014).
