Jamie Delaney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career in 2012 as an Office Administrator at Paragon International HR & Recruitment. In the same year, they worked as a Collateral Monitoring Analyst at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management. From 2013 to 2014, Jamie worked as a Customer Service Representative at Old Mutual International, and then briefly as a Charity Sales Representative at Plan International. In 2015, they returned to Old Mutual International as a Customer Service Representative.

Jamie's career then took a turn towards regulatory affairs and compliance. They joined Microgaming in 2015 and held various positions including Regulatory Compliance Officer, Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer, and Regulatory Affairs Manager. They were responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing corporate affairs. In 2021, Jamie became the Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager at Microgaming, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Head of Compliance.
