Jaime Chapman

Jaime Chapman has extensive work experience in various roles within the talent acquisition and management fields. Most recently, Jaime served as the Head of Talent at Fowler Construction Company Limited. Prior to this role, Jaime worked as the Team Lead of Talent Acquisition at ParaMed Home Health Care. Jaime also held the position of Director of Women's Programs at YWCA Muskoka for three years. Earlier in Jaime's career, they worked at GoodLife Fitness in multiple positions, including Divisional Operations Manager and Director of Operations. Additionally, Jaime has experience in various roles such as Management Development, Corporate Trainer, Recruiter, and General Manager. Before joining GoodLife Fitness, Jaime worked as a Case Manager for Ontario Works at the District Municipality of Muskoka.

Jaime Chapman completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trent University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Later, in 2002 to 2003, they pursued a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services at Niagara College. In addition to their formal education, Jaime obtained certification as an EQi Certified Practitioner and Coach from Multi-Health Systems Inc. in June 2023.
