Steven Lauwers

Steven Lauwers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic consultancy. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at FOx Biosystems since March 2023, Steven is focused on ensuring business operations run smoothly while driving growth. As a Partner at raz consulting since October 2017, Steven aids healthcare organizations in translating ambitions into actionable strategies. Additional roles include mentoring high-potential startups for the EBRD's Star Venture programme and previously acting as Chief Operating Officer at Radiomics, where operational management and quality assurance were key responsibilities. A background in consulting at HICT and project management at hera – Right to Health and Development, along with significant experience at the World Health Organization, further showcase Steven's expertise in communication, strategic planning, and health sector challenges.
