Lamont Mims

Lamont Mims is an accomplished CEO and Executive Producer with extensive experience in the multimedia and sports industries. As the founder of Sports Animation Entertainment, LLC, since March 2014, Mims has been instrumental in creating diverse content that caters to cross-cultural audiences while focusing on STEAM and SEL themes. In addition, Mims leads The Mims Films Company, a subsidiary that engages in film and digital media production. Mims has also contributed significantly to Fox Networks Group as a Producer for sports programming since August 2007, overseeing a wide range of live events and features. Earlier in the career, Mims gained valuable experience in production and marketing roles at Creation Productions and the Big Ten Conference. Mims holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Business from Michigan State University and furthered education at Columbia College Chicago.
