Cosimo Lobello

Cosimo Lobello currently serves as a Postdoctoral Associate at Fox Chase Cancer Center since January 2021. Prior to this role, Cosimo was a Marie Curie Early Stage Research Fellow and Ph.D. student at CEITEC, focusing on the ALKATRAS Programme related to ALK-related malignancies from April 2016 to January 2021. Additional experience includes a PhD Industrial Secondment at TissueGnostics and a Research Assistant position at Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg. Cosimo's early research experience involved genetic laboratory work at Università degli Studi di Perugia, specializing in red blood cell lysis and DNA/RNA extraction. Cosimo holds a PhD candidacy in Medical Genomics from Masaryk University Brno and degrees in Medical, Veterinary, and Forensic Biotechnology, as well as Biological Sciences from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
