Adam Krieger is currently the Facility & Operations Manager at Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Facilities / Engineer for the Neenah Joint School District from January 2015 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing the $7.5 million operations and maintenance budget for approximately 1.5 million square feet of K-12 educational facilities on 240 acres of District-owned land. Adam also oversaw a staff of 39 operations and maintenance employees in order to provide a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment for students, staff, and the general public using District facilities.
Adam was successful in creating, updating, and implementing the five-year capital maintenance plan. This involved working with outside vendors and contractors to facilitate boiler and HVAC upgrades, parking lot reconstruction, roofing replacement, tuckpointing and masonry restoration, LED lighting upgrades, door and window replacement, vehicle and equipment upgrades, painting, flooring, supply purchases, etc. Adam was also the coordinator of the District Emergency Operations Planning committee and actively participated in the District's COVID-19 leadership team that determined and implemented District protocols leading to the District maintaining in-person learning throughout the 2020-2021 school year.
Adam has been instrumental in the recent passing of a $114.9 million referendum with additional facility upgrades totaling more than $180 million. The referendum includes the design and construction of a new high school, renovation of the current high school into a 5-8 middle school, as well as safety & security, main office renovations and ADA (bathroom) upgrades at all other school buildings.
Adam Krieger's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a High School Diploma from St. Thomas More High School.
Adam Krieger reports to Gerald Henley, Director of Production & Facility Operations. They work with Laura Winkler - Stage Manager, Jen Smith - Stage Manager, and Zara Gudino - Facility Services Supervisor.
