Angelo Ninivaggi is a seasoned legal and administrative professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and community service. Currently serving as Executive VP, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary at Plexus Corp. since January 2002, Angelo has held various senior legal positions, including Sr. VP, General Counsel, Corporate Compliance Officer & Secretary and Director of Legal Services. Active in non-profit governance, Angelo serves on the Board of Directors for Riverview Gardens, Inc., COTS, Inc., and Ryan Community, contributing to initiatives addressing unemployment, homelessness, and community reintegration. Previous board roles include the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center and the Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley.
