Ashley Schussler

Ashley Schussler serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Fox in the Snow Cafes since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from June 2009 to July 2024, including Vice President of Marketing, where oversight included a $1.5 billion business portfolio encompassing US consumer, International, DTC, and B2B markets. Ashley's career at Scotts featured significant achievements such as consolidating the Grass Seed and Fertilizer businesses into a unified Lawn's business, driving unit growth through innovative initiatives, and extending established brands like Miracle-Gro and Roundup into new categories. Earlier experience includes an Associate Brand Manager role at Bloomington Brands, LLC, and education from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where a BS in Marketing was earned.
