Rob Schrouff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in change management, service delivery, and security consulting. Currently serving as an International Change Manager and Product Owner at Fox-IT since October 2018, Schrouff oversees managed services across NCC Group's global regions. Schrouff has held various leadership roles, including Manager of Service Delivery Management and Team Lead for Security Consultants, and has co-founded several ventures, such as Unit5 and Overstappartner. With formal education that includes a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences, Schrouff has developed expertise in facilitating business transformations and providing solutions for growth and efficiency.
