Akshay Luthra

Akshay Luthra is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Fox & Mandal, with ongoing engagement in the Moot Alumni Association and membership in Young ICCA. As a mentee in the 2023–24 Moot Alumni Mentor – Mentee Programme, Akshay receives guidance from Sameer Shah, Director at CIArB India. Notably, Akshay was part of a team recognized with an Honourable Mention for the Eric E. Bergsten Award at the 2023 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. Previous experiences include legal internships at Khaitan & Co, BlackRobe Chambers, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, and The Chambers of Bharat Chugh. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree.
