Jessie Cox is a skilled professional with experience in operations management and sales training within the pest control and insurance industries. Currently serving as Branch Operations Manager and Virtual Sales Training Manager at Fox Pest Control since April 2022, Jessie Cox has successfully launched and designed a viral sales training program for top pest control companies, creating impactful training content and resources that enhance company revenue and leadership development. Prior to this, Jessie Cox worked at Allstate Insurance from June 2017 to May 2022, progressing from Licensed Insurance Agent to Premier Customer Service Senior Associate, where responsibilities included accurate customer service and insurance coverage education. Jessie Cox holds a degree in Behavioral Analytics and Management Information Systems from Utah State University and an Associate’s degree in General Studies from Clackamas Community College.
