Alyssa Reznicek began their work experience in 2010 as an intern at Lehigh Valley Health Network, where they gained exposure to various services and activities involving the adolescent population. Following that, they worked as a Team Leader at The Buckle, providing guidance and support to the sales staff while also conducting training on fashion trends. Alyssa then moved on to White House Black Market, starting as a Sales Lead and later becoming an Assistant Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing sales operations, training staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Reznicek joined ADP in 2013 and served as a Payroll, HR, Time & Talent Consultant. In this role, they partnered with national organizations to review their current systems and strategies, addressing critical business issues and educating them on outsourcing options.

Later, they transitioned to the Muscular Dystrophy Association as a Fundraising Coordinator, where they partnered with organizations to increase awareness through collaboration with the charity. Alyssa eventually became the Development Director, focusing on increasing awareness and advocating for those affected by muscular dystrophy and related diseases.

Alyssa'smost recent position was as an Account Manager at FOX Rehabilitation, where they apply their skills in managing accounts effectively.

Throughout their diverse work experience, Alyssa Reznicek has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills, as well as a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

From 2005 to 2010, Alyssa Reznicek attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Counseling Psychology.
