Carly Ost is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently, Carly contributes to FOX Rehabilitation as a physical therapist since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus as a per diem physical therapist from November 2016 to January 2022, and at Fluid Physio, LLC from August 2018 to November 2019. Additional positions were held at Hamilton Physical Therapy Services from April 2016 to August 2018, Cape Regional Medical Center as a student physical therapist from December 2014 to March 2015, and at Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation as a student physical therapist from May 2014 to July 2014. Carly began in the field as a rehabilitation aid at Seashore Gardens Living Center from May 2012 to October 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stockton University (2012-2015) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the same institution (2010-2012). Carly's foundational education includes attendance at Middlesex College from 2007 to 2009 and Colonia High School.

What started as a simple practice offering house calls for older adults treated under Medicare Part B has exploded into a multi-state, regional resource of autonomous clinicians going to patients and providing therapy that’s proactive, evidence-based, and focused solely on geriatrics. FOX is a primarily clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™.
