Jeffrey Brook PT, DPT is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on physical therapy and clinical operations. Since January 2011, Jeffrey has held multiple leadership roles at FOX Rehabilitation, including Chief Clinical Operations Officer, Director of Clinical Operations, and NJ Area Director of Clinical Operations. Prior to this, Jeffrey served as a Staff Physical Therapist at Underwood Memorial Hospital from May 2002 to September 2004. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University (2017-2018), a Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (1999-2001), and a BA in Biology from Lycoming College (1992-1997).
