Kathryn A. Salemme has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kathryn A. currently serves as the Fox Optimal Living (FOL) Rehab Director at FOX Rehabilitation, where they provide oversight to the FOL exercise physiologist and wellness program, as well as mentoring and sponsoring new hires across Massachusetts.
Prior to this, Kathryn worked as an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health starting in October 2020.
From September 2019 to May 2021, they worked as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, where they assisted guests, stocked the floor, and focused on developing their leadership and people skills.

From May 2018 to May 2019, Kathryn worked as a Graduate Assistant/Supervisor at Worcester State Universities President's Office, running the Presidential Student Ambassadors program and developing their leadership, communication, and management skills.
From May 2015 to May 2018, they were a Presidential Student Ambassador at Worcester State University, assisting the university president with various events, community interactions, and campus tours while also promoting school spirit.
From May 2012 to February 2018, Kathryn worked as a Docent/Supervisor at Louisa May Alcott's Orchard House, giving tours, managing the front desk, and organizing guides.
Additionally, they have been a guest speaker on multiple occasions, sharing their experience as a scholarship recipient at Worcester State University.

Kathryn A. began their educational journey at Acton Boxborough Regional High School, where they completed their high school education from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy at Worcester State University, studying from 2014 to 2018. Kathryn furthered their education at the same institution by completing a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from 2018 to 2019.

Kathryn A. earned the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association in February 2021.
