Stephanie Underwood

Stephanie Underwood is the current General Counsel at FOX Rehabilitation. Stephanie has a long history of working in employment litigation, with an emphasis on discrimination litigation. Stephanie has also worked extensively with restrictive covenant litigation, FINRA securities arbitration, and employment counseling. Stephanie began their career as an associate at Locke Lord LLP in September 2011, before moving on to Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP in March 2015. Stephanie held the position of Senior Associate at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete until February 2018, when they took on their current role at FOX Rehabilitation.

Stephanie Underwood has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a B.A. in Sociology from Rutgers University.
