Suzanne Nicar

Suzanne Nicar is the founder and owner of Nicar Consulting, LLC, established in February 2024, and currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at FOX Rehabilitation since June 2024. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Suzanne held similar roles at Ageility from November 2022 to August 2024 and Dominion Care from May 2021 to October 2022, where expertise was developed in recruiting and managing talent. Previous experience includes positions at General Services Corporation (GSC) as a Corporate Recruiter and in various roles related to property management and leasing from 2015 to 2021. Suzanne's career began in hospitality as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton and included leadership roles at The Jefferson Hotel and Wintergreen Resort. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Recreation from Virginia Commonwealth University.
