Russell Owens

Russell Owens has over four decades of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as President and COO of Fox Restaurant Concepts since September 2009. Previously, Russell held the position of President at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from May 2001 to December 2008, overseeing Pei Wei Asian Diner, Inc. Before that, Russell was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Brinker International from 1983 to 2001. Russell began their career at Deloitte & Touche, focusing on auditing from 1981 to 1983. Russell Owens earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin between 1978 and 1981.
