Stephen Niles

Stephen Niles serves in multiple roles within law enforcement chaplaincy, including Lead Chaplain at the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office and Law Enforcement Chaplain for the Wisconsin Department of Justice and Wisconsin State Patrol. In addition, Stephen Niles holds positions with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and serves as CARE Pastor at Fox River Christian Church. Niles contributes to the International Conference of Police Chaplains as the Education Committee Lead focused on Instructor Credentialing and provides crisis support through the Wisconsin Injured Law Enforcement Officer Resource Center and the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Death Response Team. Niles has a background in engineering and sales management, having previously worked as Field Sales Manager and Engineering Supervisor at Gustave A. Larson Co. Educational credentials include an MBA and BSBA from Cardinal Stritch University, along with certifications in chaplaincy.
