Eric Johnson, J.D. is an experienced executive with a strong background in public administration and law. Currently serving as Executive Director at Fox River Water Reclamation District since December 2022, Eric Johnson oversees the operations of three wastewater treatment plants, manages a substantial budget, and ensures regulatory compliance. In November 2023, Eric Johnson became a Fellow at The British-American Project, a prestigious trans-Atlantic fellowship of leaders recognized for their professional achievements. Fox River Water Reclamation District
The Fox River Water Reclamation District (FRWRD) owns and operates three water reclamation facilities (WRFs): the Albin D. Pagorski WRF (ADP WRF), the North WRF, and the West WRF; and 12 remote pump stations in the collection system. The WRFs provide wastewater treatment services to over 200,000 people within the communities of Elgin, South Elgin, West Dundee, portions of Sleepy Hollow, Streamwood, Hoffman Estates, unincorporated St. Charles Township, and surrounding areas in Kane and Cook Counties.
