Adrián Cruz Ramos

Adrián Cruz Ramos has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Quality Engineer Manager at Fox Robotics and a Supplier Relations Manager at Niagara Bottling. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Head of Quality, Leadership, Fulfillment, Technical Project Management, and LSSGB at Independent Rough Terrain Center LLC, where they improved the on-time delivery rate from 50% to 95%, managed a supply chain of over 60 suppliers, developed a warehouse FIFO hose racking system, and created a comprehensive directory detailing the company’s strategy and approach to reduce and prevent potential corrosion failures. In 2018, they co-founded elop, a start-up that offered an automated native mobile app development. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Founder, Leader, Business Strategist, Product Developer, and Health Sensors at BabyButton, where they conducted an extensive market validation phase and received a provisional patent for a “forehead reflectance based pulse oximeter monitor”. In 2016, they were a Project Manager, Agile Methodology, and SaaS at Checkups, where they collaborated with 6 others to build a new SaaS client system management system. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Biomedical Engineer, Biomarkers, and Imaging Tools at QUIBIM, where they extensively coded on LINUX, MATLAB, and FreeSurfer to create an analysis computational tool with remote access between hospital servers.

Adrián Cruz Ramos completed a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in Biomechanics (Biofluids) and Nanobiotechnology from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2011 and 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Technology Commercialization from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
