Alan Friedman

Alan Friedman is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in the entertainment and litigation sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since April 2014, Friedman represents artists and companies in various litigations related to film, television, and music across multiple jurisdictions. Previously, Friedman was a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where a multi-department practice focused on commercial litigation and entertainment matters was maintained. At Miramax Films, Friedman held the position of EVP and General Counsel, overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s operations. Prior to that, Friedman was a Partner at Gold, Farrell & Marks and an Associate at White & Case, specializing in securities and commercial litigation. Friedman earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
