Beth B. Miller

Beth B. Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in federal and Delaware tax matters, as well as estate planning and administration. Currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since December 2016, Beth focuses on tax planning involving Delaware trusts, advising individuals, closely held businesses, and financial institutions. Previous roles include attorney at Morris James from January 2008 to November 2016, specializing in the Estates and Trusts and Tax Practice Group, and Partner at Schmittinger & Rodriguez, P.A. from September 1998 to January 2008. Beth holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from California Western School of Law, along with a BS in Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
