Bill Mandel

Bill Mandel is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since January 2014. As a founding partner of MBV LAW LLP from June 1985 to December 2013, Bill advised closely held businesses on matters such as formation, mergers, acquisitions, and ownership transitions. Prior experience includes partnership at Ferguson Hoffman Mandel & Heil from January 1975 to May 1985, as well as roles as a tax attorney at Deloitte from June 1968 to May 1970 and as audit staff at Ernst & Young from July 1964 to June 1968. Bill holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
