Bret Puls

Bret Puls is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, with a strong background in litigation and trial experience. Since May 1998, Bret has specialized in defending corporations and corporate management in various legal matters, including securities fraud lawsuits, shareholder disputes, SEC actions, and fiduciary duty litigation, as well as handling complex business disputes across multiple agreement types. Additionally, Bret served as a Board Trustee for the Allina Health Courage Kenny Foundation from September 2010 to September 2019. Bret holds a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas.
