Brett Hanson

Brett Hanson is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate finance and transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since January 2016, Brett represents both private and public companies in mergers and acquisitions and provides legal counsel on securities law matters and general corporate governance. Prior to this role, Brett was a Partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP from May 2005 to December 2015. Brett holds a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
