Brian Bernhardt

Brian Bernhardt is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, specializing in tax controversy and tax litigation. In this role, Brian represents a diverse clientele, including businesses, tax-exempt organizations, and individuals, before the IRS, the Department of Justice Tax Division, and various federal courts, ensuring favorable outcomes in both audits and litigation. Prior to joining Fox Rothschild LLP, Brian held positions as counsel at Forrest Firm, P.C. and as an attorney at Milazzo Webb Law, PLLC, among others, accumulating extensive experience in tax law throughout a career that began with a role as an associate at the Internal Revenue Service. Brian obtained a J.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Law School and holds an A.B. in History from Brown University.
