Brian McGinnis

Brian McGinnis is a Partner at Fox Rothschild, where since September 2015, expertise has been utilized to advise employers on compliance and litigation prevention related to employment laws in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as representing them in various legal proceedings. Previously, McGinnis served as an Associate Attorney in Labor & Employment at the same firm, providing similar advisory and representation services. Prior to entering the legal field, McGinnis held the position of Communications Director for Assembly Majority Leader Louis Greenwald and Assemblywoman Pamela Lampitt, managing communication strategies and policy development on critical issues such as LGBTQ+ rights and gun violence prevention. McGinnis also served as the South Jersey Director for Garden State Equality, focusing on activism for the LGBTQ+ community. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware.
