Dale Degenshein

Dale Degenshein is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild since August 2024 and an Adjunct Professor at Cardozo School of Law since January 2020. With prior experience as a Partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP from May 2019 to August 2024 and as Special Counsel at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from October 2007 to May 2019, Dale has demonstrated expertise in representing and advising cooperatives, condominiums, and developers on matters related to board governance, construction and contract issues, and fiduciary obligations. Dale obtained a Doctor of Law degree from Brooklyn Law School between 1981 and 1984.
