David Gehn

David Gehn is a highly experienced attorney with over 25 years in litigation, currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since October 2023. Previously, David held the position of Partner at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP from May 2017 to October 2023, where David chaired the Litigation Department and represented a diverse range of clients, including major broker-dealers, investment advisors, individuals in complex civil and criminal matters, and professional athletes. David was also a Partner at Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum, PLLC from January 2001 to May 2017 and served as General Counsel at BlueStone Capital Partners from November 1999 to January 2001. David complemented his legal expertise with a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland.
