Denise Nordheimer

Denise Nordheimer is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in estate planning, family law, and education. Currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since September 2023, Denise previously owned The Law Office of Denise D. Nordheimer, Esquire, LLC, where advocacy for clients' sensitive family legal matters was a priority. An Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University from August 2010 to September 2023, Denise taught Estate Planning and Probate as well as Business Law. Earlier roles include Trust Counsel at Commonwealth Trust Company and Associate at Old Capital Law Firm, along with positions such as Chief Deputy to the New Castle County Register of Wills and Law Clerk at Delaware Superior Court. Denise holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Widener University Schools of Law and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Film and Political Science from New York University.
