Emily Yukich

Emily Yukich is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, securities, business formation, planning and restructuring, corporate governance, and general commercial transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP since March 2012, Emily provides outside general counsel to numerous companies and advises early-stage businesses on strategic planning and financing. Previous roles include Office Managing Partner at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP/Bryan Cave LLP and significant experience as an Associate and Partner at Folger Levin & Kahn LLP. Emily's early career also includes a judicial law clerk position and a research assistant role at the University of Southern California, alongside extensive management experience in the non-profit sector and academia. Emily holds a Juris Doctorate from USC Gould School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kenyon College, and has engaged in doctoral studies in English at the University of Pennsylvania.
